Pedro, un niño de 12 años, tiene una gran preocupación que no ha compartido con nadie. Un día, despierta sobresaltado con una sensación inexplicable, ¿miedo? ¿angustia?, no sabe. Pero este día decide, con una mezcla de valentía y temor, hablar con su mamá y su papá. Al contarles lo que le pasa, comienza su proceso para vencer al TOC.

Tomás Miño Landon is a clinical psychologist specialized in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) in children and adolescents. Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, he holds a Master's in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology from the University of Chile and a postgraduate certificate in clinical management of stress, anxiety, and OCD from the University of Palermo, Argentina. Additionally, he has trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD in children and adolescents at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He is a professional member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and the International College of Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum Disorders (ICOCSD). Founder and director of Let's Talk About OCD, he is also a postgraduate lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile.

Among his notable works is "Pedro and his OCD" (2021), a book aimed at children and adolescents that addresses Obsessive Compulsive Disorder from an educational and therapeutic perspective. This work combines narrative with information on cognitive behavioral therapy, offering a valuable tool for young patients and their families.
