Hill began his career as a local reporter and, according to his own account, was tasked with interviewing Andrew Carnegie, who supposedly entrusted him with the principles of success. Hill's style combines anecdotes, practical principles, and an optimistic view of human potential, advocating the importance of mindset, perseverance, and collaboration (the "Master Mind") as keys to success.
