La programmazione neuro-linguistica (PNL) è un approccio pseudo-scientifico alla comunicazione, allo sviluppo personale e alla psicoterapia, apparso per la prima volta nel libro di Richard Bandler e John Grinder del 1975. La PNL sostiene che esiste una connessione tra i processi neurologici (neuro-), il linguaggio (linguistico) e i modelli comportamentali acquisiti (programmazione), e che questi possono essere modificati per raggiungere obiettivi specifici nella vita.
