David and Riki, two ten-year-old friends, hear stories about a famous rat called Ratipuss that can talk to people. The boys set out to capture him and discover the truth behind the rumours. When the children discover his den, Ratipuss finds his life turned upside down. The long-forgotten crystal caves in his creek awaken to inspire positive changes around the world.
