The process usually is very long. After the final argument, the presiding officer of the court will analyze the evidences and all materials on record and will announce the judgment. As an expert, appearing very frequently in the court of law, it was felt that as if in investigation some of the parts are missing which can help to understand the truth and the events making it easier to understand. Considering that a collaborative approach wherein, investigating agencies, forensic experts of various sections and the medical officers dealing with medico-legal situations.
