Diese Untersuchung basiert auf vier Studien, welche die internationalen Erfahrungen als Einflussfaktor bei Entscheidungsprozessen mit internationalem Kontext untersuchen. Im ersten Kapitel wird der Forschungsbedarf in Bezug auf Relevanz und Messbarkeit des Konstrukts "internationale Erfahrungen" (IE) diskutiert. Welche Beziehung besteht zwischen IE und der Goal- und Implementation Intention? 3. Welchen praktischen Einfluss konnen IE bei Markteintrittsentscheidungen haben? Das dritte Kapitel untersucht auf Basis einer weiteren Studie, welche Interdependenzen zwischen der Internationalitat des Managements einer Unternehmung und der Unternehmung selbst bestehen.
