Synopsis "Rosmarin-Pfeffer (in German)"

Lippia origanoides Kunth. (Verbenaceae) ist eine Heilpflanze, die in Mittelamerika und im Nordosten Südamerikas heimisch ist. Die Art hat aufgrund der in ihrem ätherischen Öl enthaltenen Verbindungen wie Thymol und Carvacrol eine antimikrobielle und antiseptische Wirkung. Die Variation der von verschiedenen Individuen derselben Art an einem Ort freigesetzten Gerüche deutet auf eine chemische Variation in den Bestandteilen der Öle hin. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die chemische Zusammensetzung des ätherischen Öls und die vegetative Entwicklung von Rosmarin-Pfeffer aus einer Population von L. origanoides aus der Gemeinde Buenópolis im Norden des Bundesstaates Minas Gerais zu bewerten. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass es Unterschiede in der Entwicklung und der chemischen Zusammensetzung der Individuen derselben Population gibt. Dieses Buch richtet sich an Forscher und Studenten aus dem Bereich der Agrar- und Biowissenschaften.
