Synopsis "Side Street Switch"

Joe Ederer is haunted by violent dreams where he is attacked.This frank, fast thinking American is a stranger in London. He needs to rekindle the flames of a broken romance but he needs to jettison a clinging suffocating girlfriend first. He buys a gun that he thinks will save all of his problems. Reflecting on his drug-fuelled past and on present romances, he is an opportunist with a dark and graphic recall of events. Written as a homage to Raymond Chandler, this dark and honest thriller, introduces Joe who reflects the qualities of the hard-bitten American with a caustic humour. Joe describes everything in minute detail and this is not for the faint hearted. It is a classic dark novel with humour and adult themes. The violence and bedroom scenes are extremely detailed and people should be warned that this is a book strictly for adults who can handle such material.
