SUBCINE UNDERGROUND 13 — Introduction: A Different World Is Possible Welcome to SUBCINE UNDERGROUND 13, a place where strange ideas are welcome, rules are questioned, and creativity refuses to ask for permission. This is not an ordinary comic book. It is an underground fanzine, a musical experiment, a collection of thoughts, drawings, stories and sounds. A little punk, a little jazz, a little DADA — and absolutely independent. Our story begins in a city where everything seems organised, controlled and predictable. Art has become decoration, music has lost its freedom, and people have almost forgotten how to dream. But somewhere behind an old door, a pirate radio station is still broadcasting. Radio 13 is on the air. A musician, a dreamer, a storyteller, a mysterious outsider and a black cat begin a journey through forgotten streets, abandoned factories and hidden studios. They discover that imagination cannot be forbidden and that even the smallest idea can change an entire city. Thirteen chapters tell their story. Thirteen songs provide the soundtrack. From underground jazz to DADA poetry, from minimal wave to rebellious punk rhythms, the music becomes another way of telling the story. Sometimes serious, sometimes absurd, sometimes completely meaningless — and perhaps that is exactly where the meaning begins. There are no perfect heroes here. No perfect answers. No perfect world. Only people who refuse to stop creating. SUBCINE UNDERGROUND 13 celebrates the outsiders, the independent thinkers, the musicians, the artists, the dreamers and everyone who has ever felt that life could be something different. We believe in art without borders, music without permissiven, humour without explanation and freedom without a price tag. No mainstream. No commercial perfection. No artificial glamour. Just black ink, white paper, strange sounds and thirteen reasons to keep going. Because underground is not a place. Underground is a state of mind. And remember: THE NEXT STORY IS YOU. SUBCINE UNDERGROUND 13 · 2026. Think different. Draw different. Sound different. Stay underground.
