Synopsis "Survivors"

Teenage siblings have it hard enough but when one of them is unacceptably 'different' in the eyes of the world those conflicts seem insurmountable. But when a barrage of meteorites decimates their home near Puyallup, Washington, brother and sister James and Janice Richards become embroiled in a totally new level of strife. No one knows it at first, but the deadly space rocks are calling cards; The Tschaaa aliens are coming to Earth to find a new meat source for their Young-humans. The Richards flee to a family cabin near Arlington even as the first humans are caught and butchered. The horrors of the Harvester robots and the nightmare of the invasion pushes James harder than any of his special needs ever have but he's not alone. The siblings find allies in Matt Bearclaw, a teen of the Puyallup Tribe, Forest Ranger Sally Card, and USAF Pararescue Staff Sergeant Camilla Sanchez. Will this unlikely band be able to reach the safety of a military base in the interior of the former United States? Will they be able to out-wit or out-run traitorous humans, Cyborgs, Harvesters, and alien attack craft? They're not certain what the next moment brings but they do know this: Where there is life, there is hope.
