In this book, Dr. Bahman Fakhraie introduces unique and innovation economic recovery models to remedy the gestalt of new technologies injections and new variables of all modular production processes to reward the productive investments in post occurrences of risk-events, disasters, and catastrophes. Abstract The occurrences of natural disasters and catastrophes (earthquakes, hurricanes, cyclones, etc.) are rarer events; however, they do reappear on longer-term cyclical patterns, sometime in the same regions. Thus, command our educated attentions. All production processes have some inherent risk. An important part of innovation development of new process of technological innovations was learning to master the exceptions to the rules, which reduce risks. Therefore, an important part of gestalt of new technologies injections, and new variables of modular production processes proceed from the thought action processes introduce by Dr. Bahman Fakhraie in his studies, where the indigenous elements of production process and the new variables states the educational aspect of skills, among other things, would reduce certain risks. Otherwise humanity, would have not stepped out of the caves because of risks of becoming fast food for dinosaurs, larger cats, and monstrous predators. The difference among the mammals and other species are the capabilities to learn group defense, or individual survival tricks and skills, retain that knowledge for repetitions, and pass on those skills to improve the chance for their offspring survivals. Thus, enhance the chances of human genome continuations. The process of living is a continuum. Life on terra firma is also the dynamic continual process. A natural dynamic production process, which entail probable risks on its path that entail dynamic but continuous alterations. Therefore, studies of risk associated with production processes are not hostile or attacks on body or mind of human knowledge, but they are the essential components of advancement of human capital skills. That science presented in this book, with the economic models to rebuild that rewards the productive investments in post occurrences of risk-events, disasters, and catastrophes.
