Synopsis "The Authorities- Rav Bains: Powerful Wisdom from Leaders in the Field"

Emotional Intelligence is one's ability to understand one's emotions-what triggers them, what circumstances cause the trigger, and how to regulate the emotions. Some of the challenges an organization faces regarding Emotional Intelligence are individual behavior, building relationships, teamwork, managing change, achieving organizational goals, and understanding soft skills. The best thing about Emotional Intelligence is that it can be taught, improved and used within your company to create a healthy workplace, motivate employees and achieve your goals. It is definitely a strong tool that can put you out in front of your competition and can take you from being a good organization to a great organization!Rav Bains, a CEO himself, is a well experienced Emotional Intelligence trainer and coach. He has delivered workshops for many organizations and shifted the attitude and motivation of staff for peak performance.
