Synopsis "The Pressure Crawl"

Your doctor said "blood pressure." This book turns that number into a quest.Twelve floors. Four parts. One year. Every floor has a boss, clear conditions you can actually measure, and a Handler who's dry, direct, and never shames you for a bad week. The Pressure Crawl is a 365-day plan for bringing your blood pressure down and keeping it there, built on the levers the research actually supports: accurate home readings, sodium, potassium-rich food, walking, strength and isometric training, alcohol, sleep, and working with your doctor instead of around them.Inside:How to take a reading that means anything: cuff size, posture, timing, white-coat and masked hypertensionFloor-by-floor objectives for days 1-365, from the cuff and the salt well to your own operating systemA Field Manual for the hard parts: the sodium map, alcohol, sleep apnea flags, meds without folklore, pain pills and cold pills, travel, holidays, and a chapter for the person who lives with youThe Respawn Protocol, because a bad week doesn't reset your run - and an extra pill is never the fixDefault plates, restaurant orders, scripts and a one-page floor referenceIf you already take blood-pressure medication, the book tells you exactly when to talk to your doctor first. Not medical advice. Your doctor is still your doctor.Keep descending. Read more
