Sarah J. Maas (United States, 1986) is a fantasy author born in New York. She is known for the Throne of Glass series, started when she was sixteen and published by Bloomsbury in 2012, as well as for A Court of Thorns and Roses and Crescent City. Her novels have been translated into dozens of languages and have appeared on the New York Times bestseller lists. Maas is recognized for her ability to create complex worlds and memorable characters, and has received numerous accolades for her contribution to the genre of young adult fantasy.
Born in New York, she currently lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and dog, and has a community of more than thirty thousand followers on Twitter and Facebook.

He is one of the main and most recognized illustrators of Tolkien's work. He has participated in the creation of the popular Tolkien calendars and designed numerous related products.
