Synopsis "The True Identity"

Why do we see more and more people who don't know what they want? Or that nothing in life satisfies them? Why is there so much violence and discrimination? Why are there more divorces and divided families every day? The reasons are many, but the root of most of the problems in our society is the lack of identity. The triumphant life of a believer begins with a deep identity in Christ. Our society suffers from a lack of identity, that is why the forces of evil move in the big entertainment and media industries to give people an identity that does not come from God. The world, through Babylon, offers an identity that goes against God, a materialistic and superficial identity. When people do not have identity in Christ, (they do not fully understand that they are children of God) it creates a void and a lack of identity that will then be replaced by the world. God wants a generation willing to follow Him, as did the remnant of Judah, willing to rebuild fallen altars and destroyed walls. A people willing to reject the Babylonian system to do a great work before Jesus comes once more to earth to establish his kingdom.Esteban Zapico JVH Youth Pastor
