They Changed Their Minds - Samuel D Thomas Sr.

*They Changed Their Minds* brings together scientists, mathematicians, physicians, engineers, astronauts, and skeptics who found evidence of order, information, fine-tuning, and purpose in the natural world. Some were committed believers. Some began as agnostics or critics of religion. Others never embraced Christianity but still rejected the claim that life and the universe could be explained by blind chance alone.

Across twenty-one chapters, the book examines figures including Copernicus, Kepler, Newton, Faraday, Pasteur, Mendel, Lemaître, Hoyle, Flew, Collins, Smalley, and many more. Their statements are presented with sources, while famous misquotations and unverifiable claims are identified instead of quietly repeated.

Written from a young-earth, biblical-creation perspective, this book separates repeatable observation from assumptions about the unobserved past and invites readers to weigh the testimony for themselves.

Read their words. Examine the evidence. Decide where it leads.
