Synopsis "Under the Black Flag - Piracy Is Not a Victimless Crime"

Bart Lasiter, ex-Berkeley California street cop and new Private Eye, sees his dream when a beautiful blonde dressed in black enters his Sacramento Old Town live-in office and offers him more cash than he had ever imagined earning.

She begs Bart to free her kidnapped husband by just delivering the ransom . . . alone . . . in a small boat . . . out in the deep center of Lake Tahoe . . . at night . . . to pirates . . . and please, . . . no police.
