Synopsis "Waking Up"

When her grandmother wills Deidre Laurant a crumbling plantation house, the writer jumps feet-first into the project without a thought to the consequences. Convinced to hire sexy contractor William Pendergrass, Deidre feels as if she is awakening from a decade-long nightmare and staring into a fairy-tale come true. Accepting the construction contract he'd wanted all his life was only an icing to the cake for Will after meeting the new owner of the sprawling plantation home.
