What the Hex - Melanie James

Someone hexed Eve, Halloween is six days away, and Angel Bay's haunted farm has suffered a humiliating case of supernatural erectile dysfunction. So much for Eve and Ash's romantic anniversary. Naturally, Rocky is responsible. He claims he only wanted to stop Eve from burning down the Hell Hole. Instead, he slipped a witch's charm into her coffee, locked away her magic, and handed Miss Portobello the perfect opening to slither back into our lives. Now the ghosts are becoming real, the pumpkins are sexually aggressive, and Angel Bay's abandoned clock tower has started ringing after decades of silence. Every new disaster points to the same terrifying possibility: the fallen angel we barely survived has discovered a path home-and Jade, Chloe, and I may be the keys that opened it.Zane is determined to keep me alive. Unfortunately, my survival plan involves crawling through Hell, waking an ancient celestial power, and reopening Eve's haunted farm as bait. With Ash unleashing the terrifying power of a duke of Hell and Chloe treating the dirtiest Dark Beasts books as legitimate research, we have six days to untangle Rocky's colossal screw-up before Halloween becomes a celestial massacre.Getting through this will require forbidden magic, horny tourists, and the kind of plan that makes Daryl reach for both his badge and an antacid.Miss Portobello thinks she knows what we are. She's about to discover what Angel Bay has made us.
