Jack through being more and more involved in development work gets drawn into the political, economic and social conflict in Zimbabwe, he finds himself more determined to make a difference and finds himself taking part and taking sides in the conflicts that surrounds him. The book is love a story about Jack falling in love, firstly falling in love with Africa, but also falling in love with a girl or even girls, falling in love with God but most importantly falling in love with himself.
