Alejandro Ordóñez
Alejandro Ordóñez Perales is a Spanish writer born in Gijón in 1993. After starting studies in Economics in Madrid, he left his degree to dedicate himself to his true passion: writing. In 2015, he created the blog Por Escribir, where he shares reflections and stories about love, heartbreak, and motivation, which allowed him to connect with a wide audience, especially in Mexico.
His first book, Ojalá te enamores (2017), compiles texts from his blog and became a bestseller. He was followed by other titles such as Cuando tiembla el amor, En cada latido, Nunca dejes de creer en el amor, and Amar(se) es de valientes, the latter released in 2019 in Mexico, where he held presentations and book signings.
Besides his role as a writer, Ordóñez Perales has ventured into digital content creation, with a YouTube channel that has almost one and a half million followers, mostly Mexicans.
