Dana Caspersen
Dana Caspersen is a specialist in constructive conflict resolution, bestselling author, and internationally renowned artist. For over 30 years, she was a principal collaborator of choreographer William Forsythe, serving as a lead artist at the Frankfurt Ballet and the Forsythe Company. Her education includes a Master's in Conflict Studies and Mediation from the Woodbury Institute at Champlain College and a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Hollins University.
Her work integrates conflict resolution practices with choreographic design, creating innovative training methods and public dialogue models. She has worked with communities, governments, and foundations in the U.S., Europe, and the UK, designing and facilitating large-scale action dialogues on challenging issues such as immigration and violence, bringing together thousands of people from diverse communities.
