David Fischman
(1958, Peru) is a writer, columnist, consultant, and international speaker. He graduated as a Civil Engineer from the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned his Master's in Business Administration from Boston University. He was the Vice-Rector of Innovation and Development at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), of which he is a founding member. He has dedicated the last few years to researching and teaching topics on leadership, human resources, and corporate culture. His articles have been published in newspapers such as El Comercio (Peru), El Mercurio (Chile), La Prensa (Panama), and La Nación (Costa Rica).
