Eloy Tizón
Eloy Tizón, born in Madrid in 1964, is a renowned Spanish writer specialized in short narrative and novel. Tizón has collaborated with media such as El País, El Mundo, and Revista de Occidente, and for four years wrote the column "Vértigos" in El Cultural. His first book, "Velocidad de los jardines", was rated as "one of the best short story books of Spanish literature of the 20th century" by Quimera magazine. Additionally, he has taught short narrative workshops and directed literary festivals in Spain.

His most notable work in the short story genre includes "Velocidad de los jardines" (1992), "Parpadeos" (2006), "Técnicas de iluminación" (2013), and "Plegaria para pirómanos" (2023). In the novelistic field, he has published "Seda salvaje" (1995), "Labia" (2001), and "La voz cantante" (2004). Moreover, in 2019 he presented the literary essay "Herido leve. Treinta años de memoria lectora".
