Geshe Yongdong Losar
Geshe YongDong Losar is a Tibetan lama from the Yungdrung Bön tradition, one of the oldest spiritual traditions in Tibet. He resides in Courtenay, British Columbia, where he founded and leads Sherab Chamma Ling, the only Tibetan Bön Buddhist center in Canada. Additionally, he has established the Bon Da Ling center in Costa Rica and teaches at various centers and universities around the world.
In addition to his literary work, Geshe YongDong Losar has offered online courses on breathing and meditation, sharing his ancient knowledge with a global audience.
