Isabel C. Salazar
Isabel Cristina Salazar Torres is a Doctor of Psychology and a professor in the area of Personality, Assessment, and Psychological Treatment at the University of Granada. With extensive experience as a clinical psychologist, she is the associate director of the journal Behavioral Psychology/Psicología Conductual.
Among her most notable works are Manual de psicopatología y trastornos psicológicos (2011, 2014, 2024), co-edited with Vicente E. Caballo and José Antonio Carrobles; Programa de Intervención Multidimensional para la Ansiedad Social (IMAS): Therapist's Guide and Patient's Guide (2018); and Naive. The Deception of Alternative Therapies (2019), in collaboration with Vicente E. Caballo. These publications, in the field of clinical psychology and psychopathology, have been widely used in the training of mental health professionals in the Spanish-speaking world.
