José Antonio Carrobles
José Antonio Carrobles is a doctor in Psychology, professor and emeritus professor in the area of Personality, Assessment and Psychological Treatment at the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has been president of the European Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Therapies (EABCT), standing out in the field of clinical psychology and psychopathology.
Among his most significant works is the Manual of Psychopathology and Psychological Disorders (2011, 2014, 2024), co-edited with Vicente E. Caballo and Isabel C. Salazar. This publication, adapted to the diagnostic criteria of the DSM-5-TR and the ICD-11, is a fundamental reference in the training of mental health professionals in the Spanish-speaking world.
