José Luis de Diego
José Luis de Diego is a distinguished Argentine academic, PhD in Letters and emeritus professor at the National University of La Plata. Specialized in book history and sociology of literature, he has been dean of the Faculty of Humanities and director of the Institute of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences (UNLP-CONICET). His work has been fundamental in consolidating studies on publishing in Argentina
Among his most significant works are La otra cara de Jano (2015), Los autores no escriben libros (2019) and Los escritores y sus representaciones (2021), where he analyzes the practices and representations of writers in the Argentine literary field.
