José-Ramón Ferrandis Muñoz
José-Ramón Ferrandis Muñoz was born in Valencia (Spain) in 1951. He is a Commercial Technician and State Economist and holds a degree in Political Science from the UCM. Since the end of 2015, he has been the director of the Diego de Covarrubias Center.
An active teacher in various Masters taught by ATENEA, CEF, and NEXT, he belongs to the faculty of CECO and collaborates with the Catholic University of Ávila. He teaches Country Risk Analysis and International Market Analysis, mainly focused on African, Asian, and Ibero-American markets.
He has been stationed as Economic and Commercial Counselor in Moscow (USSR), Washington DC, and Moscow (Russia), which has allowed him to firsthand know those markets and countries, as well as the International Financial Institutions after being the director for Spain at MIGA (World Bank Group).
After thirty-seven uninterrupted years serving companies and individuals within the General State Administration, he is also a specialist in Foreign Investments and Public Financing of Projects.
