Lita Donoso

Lita Donoso is a clinical psychologist from the University of Chile, with twenty-five years of experience as a therapist. Today, she is exclusively dedicated to teaching self-healing. She is the creator and teacher of the Alkymia Method, a practical application for healing the body and mind from the Pineal-Pituitary Center, an activity that has made her a frequent traveler around the world, teaching courses in Mexico, Spain, Venezuela, Argentina, and Portugal. She is the author of the books El método (Aguilar, 2009), El método II: El fin de la era del miedo (Aguilar, 2010), Sanaciones milagrosas (2011), Alkymia para la nueva era (2012), Alkymia del amor y la pareja (2013), Vivir sin morir (2015), Amo comer y no engordar (2017), and Los siete dominios del corazón (2919) Her books have also been published in Argentina, Mexico, Spain, and Brazil. Lita is married and has two children.
