Manuel Ugalde Duarte
Manuel Ugalde Duarte is a psychologist and psychoanalyst, as well as a Master in Contemporary Thought from Diego Portales University. He is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Psychiatry and North Mental Health at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile and coordinates the Unit of Philosophy and Humanities of Psychiatry at the University Psychiatric Clinic of the same university.
His work focuses on interdisciplinary dialogue between phenomenology, philosophy, psychoanalysis, and psychopathology. He founded and directs Literary City, a civil society organization interested in promoting reading and intangible cultural heritage.
