Maxwell Maltz
(1889-1975) He was an American plastic surgeon from Columbia University. He is the author and creator of the Psycho-Cybernetic Method, a system of ideas that he believes improves personal image and, therefore, leads to a more fulfilling and satisfying life. He wrote several books, including Psycho-Cybernetics. One of the greatest contributions made by Psycho-Cybernetics is related to human habits, more specifically to communication habits. This 1960 book has long been a bestseller and has influenced the work of many successors in the field of personal development. He also wrote an autobiography, numerous self-help books, a novel, and a play.
