Nam Soon Ahn is a Korean-American author and chef, known for her book "Umma Korean Kitchen Wisdom and 100 Family Recipes". She is also famous for her work in radio and television, especially for her show "Umma's Kitchen". She learned to cook from her mother in Korea and then moved to the United States in the 1990s
