Pepe Rodríguez
José "Pepe" Rodríguez Bonfill (Tortosa, Tarragona, December 1953) is a Spanish journalist and writer specialized in topics related to cults and religion. He holds a degree in Information Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Barcelona, and has served as a professor of Investigative Journalism at the Faculty of Information Sciences at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Among his most notable works are Fundamental Lies of the Catholic Church (1997), a critique of the contradictions of the religious institution, and The Power of Cults (1996), where he analyzes the influence of these groups on society. His focus is on the research and dissemination of controversial issues related to religion and cults, providing a critical and documented perspective.
