Vicente Hübner Garretón, known as "Puntete", is a Chilean writer and strategic communicator, passionate about soccer and dedicated to bringing reading to children and youth through sports stories. With a master's in Strategic Communication from the Catholic University, he has cultivated a literary career focused on soccer narrative. His first book, Puntete, tales of a passion (2018), was awarded as the Best Chilean Soccer Book by the Institute of History and Statistics of Chilean Soccer (IHE).
Among his most notable works are Puntete: The Reds of Chile (2019), which includes stories about the male and female Chilean soccer teams; Colo-Colo '91: The cup is looked at and touched (2021), which narrates the historic campaign of the club in the Copa Libertadores; and 100 years of glory: The history of Colo-Colo 1925–2025 (2025), an exhaustive chronicle of the club's centenary. His style, which combines emotion and closeness, has turned his books into effective tools to promote reading among sports fans.
