Will Guidara
Will Guidara has been immersed in the restaurant industry since the age of thirteen. He was co-owner of Eleven Madison Park, which under his leadership received four stars from the New York Times, three Michelin stars, and was named the best restaurant in the world in 2017 according to the 50 Best list. He is also the host of The Welcome Conference, an annual colloquium on hospitality that brings together industry professionals to share ideas and build community. Co-author of four cookbooks, he has received the Innovator Award from WSJ magazine, was named one of the "40 under 40" by Crain's New York Business, and his TED talk has been viewed nearly 2 million times. Additionally, he is co-producer of the series The Bear and awarded the Wall Street Journal Innovator Award.
