Wini is a gardener at heart, self-taught and proud instigator of a green revolution. Some time ago, Wini realized that growing her own food didn't have to be just a hobby or a weekend pastime.
With certain tricks and techniques that we mix, we can achieve something akin to Food Sovereignty. Feeding ourselves healthily with what we like to eat, without unnecessary chemicals or poisons.
Grown and harvested by ourselves, empowering us and making us sovereigns of what enters our kitchen. In the garden, she found her place and in teaching, her calling.
