Yesenia Silva Vargas
Yesenia Silva, born in Lima in 1977, is a Peruvian researcher, writer, and editor specializing in children's literature. She studied communications and journalism, developing her career mainly in the publishing field. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Visual Anthropology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), focusing on the study of reading spaces.
Among her notable works are "Culturas Milenarias del Perú: 5000 years of history, from Caral to the Incas" (2024), a historical dissemination book for children, and "Incas: A Great Story" (2024), which presents the fascinating history of the rise and fall of the Inca Empire.
