(VdDA) ist eine Organisation des frheren deutschen Adels mit Sitz in Berlin-Charlottenburg und Geschftsfhrung in Sankt Augustin. Sie entstand am 15. Mai 1956 als ein Zusammenschluss regionaler Adelsverbnde und ist die Rechtsnachfolgerin der in Berlin seit dem 26. Februar 1874 bestehenden Deutschen Adelsgenossenschaft (DAG). Diese hatte im Zweiten Weltkrieg nicht nur ihr Geschftsstelle in Berlin sondern auch ihre mittel- und ostdeutschen Landesabteilungen verloren und war am 15. Mai 1956 in Hannover von einem Notvorstand aufgelst worden.
