Synopsis "An Unfortunate Accident"

A car accident that takes the life of a man starts off this novel. What caused this accident? The semi driver is accused of running a red light - but did he? In this debut novel, the author has woven a cast of characters that are impacted by this one event in myriad ways. A widow tries to come to grips with her heartbreak. A sister attempts to be supportive. A nurse in the shadows finds it excruciatingly difficult to come forward to throw some light on this event. A cub reporter digs deep to find out the truth. One experiences the perspective of each of these characters drawn together by this event. The events take place in Hancock, PA, a fictional town tucked away in the Pocono Mountains
