This workbook is based around the "Anxiety Compass", and gives control to the individual who struggles with anxiety. Having worked as a Counsellor with both adults & adolescents for a number of years it became evident that a recurring, underlying theme is that of anxiety. Laura has crystallised her approach into an easy to use self help or guided workbook based around the "Anxiety Compass". It looks at life as a whole. One part of the 'compass' being out of alignment means that life does not run smoothly.
