Synopsis "Avatars: récits (in French)"

Les "avatars" relatés ici relèvent d'un genre qu'on pourrait qualifier de "métaphysique-fiction". À l'arrière-plan de chaque récit se profile en effet le postulat métaphysique, certes discutable mais non exclu par certaines spiritualités, selon lequel l'âme est une réalité indépendante du corps... Dans le présent contexte, l'âme du héros central pérégrine aux quatre coins du Possible et s'incarne, bon an mal an, ici ou là, au hasard de sites corporels et cadres de vie trouvés vacants. Plus sérieusement, ces quatre récits sont l'occasion pour le héros (i.e. pour l'auteur) d'examiner et décrire de quelle façon un sujet singulier émergeant du sommeil profond ou des limbes du non-né prend conscience peu à peu de la réalité qui l'entoure, ou - ce qui ne revient pas tout à fait au même - comment cette réalité prend corps autour de lui de proche en proche jusqu'aux confins de l'Univers. Sous la fiction se profile donc une sorte d'essai phéno-ménologique qui ne dit pas son nom.
