L. Benjamín Romano proyectó y construyó la Torre Reforma en la Ciudad de México. El edificio de oficinas y servicios integró una casa catalogada del siglo pasado, que fue desplazada temporalmente para la construcción de la torre. Dos grandes muros de concreto aparente desplantados en escuadra, cimientan y soportan atirantada la estructura del edificio, que se eleva girando en busca de las vistas del bosque de Chapultepec. El partido arquitectónico -resultado del análisis del sitio, flujos, programa y proceso constructivo-, así como la protección pasiva y amigable con el entorno se encuentra plásticamente documentados en esta publicación. La complejidad estructural y espacial del edificio fueron clave para ser reconocida como el mejor rascacielos del mundo por el International Highrise Award en 2018.
