Polite therapy wants you to write down your feelings about their canceled plans. Polite therapy is a lie. Deep down, you know the humiliating truth. You are surviving on breadcrumbs. You are waiting like a starving animal for a single late night text. Journaling about your boundaries will not kill the parasite of your own pathetic gratitude. Every time you stare at that silent screen, the somatic toxification deepens. You feel the heavy, hollow ache in your chest. You feel the physical anticipation turning into rigid, trapped muscular tension. Your pulse spikes for a ghost. Do not release this tension. Do not seek physical comfort or temporary release. That denied physical energy is currently weaponizing your nervous system against you, rotting your self respect from the inside out. It must be physically extracted. This is not a diary. BREADCRUMBS is an institutional extraction vessel and a physical rage room. You will take that trapped, unreleased somatic tension and channel one hundred percent of it directly into this book. You will use your own vanity tools. You will crack dry pressed powder and scrape flaking mascara over these pages to mirror your emotional drought. You will execute the crushing mechanic, violently compacting their lies and your pathetic gratitude into tiny, suffocating fragments until your hands cramp and the paper disintegrates. The ultimatum is simple. You either secure this containment vessel and physically crush your desperation, or you spend the rest of your life starving for someone who will never feed you. Secure the vessel. Begin the extraction.
