Clay McCormack es un guionista y editor estadounidense de cómics, vinculado principalmente a DC Comics y a proyectos de narrativa serial de largo aliento. Su trabajo se caracteriza por una escritura clara, orientada al desarrollo psicológico de los personajes y al equilibrio entre acción, drama y continuidad. McCormack no apuesta por el exceso ni por el golpe efectista: prefiere construir conflictos sostenidos, con atención al ritmo y a las consecuencias de cada decisión narrativa.
