Begin with the simple things: waking up to a new day, seeing a loved one laugh, drinking that first cup of coffee each day, seeing the wonder of a beautiful blue sky and fluffy white clouds. There is always, always, always something to be grateful for. Make the decision to focus on your blessings rather than your problems. Remember, whatever you think about expands.
