Ein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf dem Aufbau des Demand-Managements, welche Informationen benötigt werden und wie dieser Prozess die Serviceportfolio-Datenbank für sich nutzen kann. Dafür wird ein Informationsmodell aus der Literatur abgeleitet und entworfen. Anhand dessen wird anschlie end auf Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Serviceportfolio-Datenbank im Demand-Management-Prozess eingegangen.
