Profoundly disturbed by the crisis that hit us in 2007/2008, and hasn't left us yet in 2012, the author has observed that our political and economical leaders have a hard time getting to the root of the problem, let alone drawing the right conclusions, planning out and enacting the right actions. So our financial and debt crisis is analyzed in this book, proposals are made for solving them, and for avoiding the next crisis. The proposals ask for a complete redefinition of our financial systems, of the way central banks and commercial banks operate, of the way sovereign budgets are to be financed, of the way growth is enabled.
