Paul K's Evoked Voltage is full of exuberant surrealism, mining the depths of language and typography in an expressionistic and often playful manner. There are moments of social/political commentary, as well as everyday realities dismembered by word play and sound play, including some true sound poems. There are also visual poems using exclusively typographic symbols and elements. These, in addition to being visually compelling, would make great scores for vocal performance, with specific symbols assigned specific sounds, a practice of classic Dada poetry and performances.
