Das Architekturbro Jger Charpi wurde 2020 von Jonas Jger und Yannick Charpi in Luzern gegrndet. Ausgangspunkt all ihrer Projekte ist das Vorgefundene: Rumliche, landschaftliche und soziale Strukturen werden sorgfltig gelesen, aufgenommen und weiterentwickelt. Dies zeigt sich exemplarisch im Schulhaus Littau Dorf (Fertigstellung 2026), bei dem die Anlage weitergeschrieben und durch przise gesetzte Neubauten zu einer klar gegliederten Gesamtstruktur aus Schulplatz und parkartigem Freiraum entwickelt wird. Jger Charpi berzeugen durch przise stdtebauliche Setzungen, einen sensiblen Umgang mit Bestand und Landschaft sowie bewusst gestaltete Stimmungen. Architektur verstehen sie als Teil eines grsseren rumlichen Gefges, in dem kollektive Qualitten und der ffentliche Raum im Zentrum stehen.The architectural practice Jger Charpi was founded in Lucerne by Jonas Jger and Yannick Charpi in 2020. The starting point for all their projects is the existing context: spatial, landscape and social structures are carefully analysed, recorded and further developed. This is exemplified by the Littau Village School building (completed in 2026), where the existing layout was extended. The precisely positioned new buildings developed into a clearly structured overall composition on the school grounds and park-like open space. Jger Charpi impress with precise urban-planning interventions, a sensitive approach to the existing fabric and landscape, as well as deliberately crafted atmospheres. They view architecture as part of a larger spatial fabric in which collective qualities and public space take centre stage.
